Job Description:
This role involves managing exclusive guest experiences, including room bookings and center tours, with a focus on delivering attentive, high-quality service to high-end clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage room bookings and schedule arrangements for high-end clients
- Conduct guided tours of the center with professionalism
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide seamless customer support
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area and prestige client service facilities
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure client needs are met promptly
- Support daily administrative tasks and assist in hospitality service delivery
Preferred Skills
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
- 1–2 years of customer service or hospitality experience, ideally in a luxury or prestige client centre
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability
- Customer-centric mindset with a calm and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy with basic proficiency in MS Office or booking systems
- Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is a must
- Good command of English and other language proficiency is a plus
