ensure high quality cost effective services are delivered in support of the hospitals strategic plan The ANM performs within the departmentrsquos goals and objectives by maintaining effective positive relationships with staff patients and families alike by responding to needs resolving conflicts and educating employees The ANM effectively and continually communicates with the staff management and patientsfamilies to facilitate the flow of information necessary to the success of the ED RN and support staff the larger work group The ANM reports to the Emergency Department Nurse ManagerHartford
