Assistant Nurse Manager - Medical Cardiology

About the Role

As a Senior Clinical Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in leading and supervising a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care on our Medical Cardiology unit provides care to a diverse array of patients with a focus on cardiac populations (most commonly MI, Chest Pain and Arrhythmias.  You’ll support daily operations, foster a culture of safety and compassion, and contribute to continuous improvement across your department.

What You’ll Need

Required:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Current RN license in Connecticut

BSN from an accredited school of nursing

Preferred:

MSN degree

Leadership experience or relevant certifications

Work Schedule

40 hours Days – Full-time
