Our growing HVAC business is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as an Order Management Associate. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service-related issues and offer solutions to our Commercial Sales Offices.

Where is the work:
On-site in Fort Smith, AR.
What you will do:
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with Suppliers nationwide
Manage materials orders throughout their lifecycle
Answer incoming inquiries from suppliers, production, logistics regarding order changes, order expedites, product returns, and other general inquiries
Manage back flushing processes
Manage Supplier LT updates
Assist with inventory control investigations
Research and resolve any accounts payable issues
Work cross-functionally with product management, factory, finance, scheduling, logistics, and shipping to meet customer requirements
Proactively keep current on product knowledge and materials standard work
· Use problem solving skills to improve processes
What you will bring:
Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
1-3 years of experience in procurement, materials management, accounts payable
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Must show the ability to handle difficult situations while remaining professional and courteous
Must demonstrate the ability to build strategic relationships across functions of an organization
Must exhibit the ability to identify process improvement opportunities and take initiative to implement them
Must actively seek and apply new knowledge, assimilate information quickly, and contribute to a culture of learning
