A Assistant Marketing Communications Manager professional responsible for shaping and leading the dining narrative at Millennium Hilton Bangkok. This role drives the development of a distinctive culinary brand identity, transforming our F&B concepts into compelling stories that increase covers, achieve revenue targets, and strengthen our position as a premier dining destination along the Bangkok riverside.
1. Strategic Dining Marketing: Develop and execute data-driven marketing plans to promote our diverse dining outlets, seasonal promotions, and signature culinary events.
2. Collaborative Storytelling: Partner with our culinary team and outlet managers to translate kitchen innovation into market-ready campaigns.
3. Digital & Content Ownership: Coordinate with the digital marketing team to ensure our F&B presence is optimized, overseeing the creation of high-quality visual and written content (photography/videography) to support social and web channels.
4. PR & Influence: Build and maintain high-value relationships with local and international media. You will lead the execution of press events, media tastings, and influencer collaborations that generate buzz and visibility.
5. Brand Stewardship: Ensure all communications are strictly aligned with Hilton’s global brand standards while maintaining a local, relevant tone of voice.
6. Event Management: Spearhead the end-to-end promotion of high-profile events (e.g., guest bartender showcases, food festivals), managing everything from conceptualization and invitations to post-event performance analysis.
7. Performance & Budgeting: Manage the F&B marketing budget with a strict focus on conversion-based ROI. You will provide regular, data-backed reports on campaign effectiveness.
8. Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive analysis to provide actionable insights on local market trends and customer feedback, proactively identifying new revenue opportunities.

At least 2 years working experience in marketing, preferably within luxury hospitality or premium F&B.
Proficient in mobile content creation, video editing (CapCut/Adobe), and basic photography.
Strong storytelling and copywriting skills (English & Thai).
Expert knowledge of social media trends, platform algorithms, and analytics.
Proven ability to link marketing activities to measurable revenue growth.
Ability to work cross-functionally with culinary, sales, and operations teams.
