Position Overview** The Assistant Marketing Manager for Personal Health in Hong Kong plays a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, market share, and sales growth for the company’s Personal Health portfolio. The ideal candidate is a proactive and creative marketer with strong analytical skills, deep market insight, and a passion for consumer health products. **1.1 Key Responsibilities** + Brand Strategy & Planning: Support the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies and annual plans for the Personal Health product portfolio. + Campaign Management: Coordinate and execute ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and KPIs. + Product Launches: Assist with the planning and rollout of new product launches, including market research, go-to-market strategies, and post-launch analysis. + Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activities to identify opportunities and recommend actionable strategies. + Digital & Social Media Marketing: Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, influencer engagement, content creation, and performance tracking. + Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials, trade marketing programs, and in-store activation plans. + Agency & Vendor Management: Liaise with creative, media, and PR agencies to ensure high-quality and timely execution of campaigns and projects. + Budget Management: Assist in managing marketing budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring cost-effectiveness of activities. + Reporting: Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, market data, and ROI for management review. **1.2 Requirements** + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. + Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, preferably within FMCG, healthcare, or consumer goods sectors. + Strong knowledge of the Hong Kong market and consumer behavior. + Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management. + Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. + Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is an advantage. + Strong analytical thinking, project management, and organizational abilities. + Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
