How will you make an impact in this role?
Our International Card Services team (ICS) brings together our International Consumer and Small & Medium Size Enterprises (SME) issuing activities, as well as our Commercial Large Market sales and account development teams outside of the United States under a single organisation to accelerate our growth.
This role is key to ensuring that ICS communications are following all regulatory and compliant policies and processes, and that communications to customers regarding changes are delivered in an efficient, comprehensive and timely manner. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Marketing Governance, this position will suit someone who is looking to experience data driven communication and the role of governance in marketing communications.
Key Responsibilities
Working closely with multiple stakeholders across Product, Operational Excellence and PMO to understand each project’s communication need and delivery on the requirements.Support the team on the execution & delivery of Customer Communications related to operation risk remediation management actions & other Product related changes (communication channels include emails, Direct Mail, Statement Messages, MYCA and Site).Support the team on monthly & quarterly compliance audits – includes gathering & storing evidence for audit reviews.
