Designed as a haven of peace and rejuvenation, the resort combines THE BARAI’s iconic architectural grace with personalized sensory experiences that reflect the essence of Thai hospitality. **Description** You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Marketing Communications Manager is responsible to assist the Marketing Communications Manager to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the hotel’s marketing communications strategy, including advertising, promotions, public relations, graphics and collateral, so as to support the marketing objectives for the hotel and maximise the hotel’s positive exposure in local, national and international markets. **Qualifications:** + Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Communications or Hospitality/Tourism management. + Minimum 2 years work experience in the hotel or relevant positions. + Good problem solving, writing, administrative and PR skills are a must. + Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy + Strong graphic design skills with the ability to conceptualize and produce high-quality marketing materials aligned with brand standards. + Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop + Proficient in Canva for creating digital and print marketing assets efficiently + Experienced in working on Apple iMac/macOS environment **Primary Location:** TH-77-Hua Hin **Organization:** The Barai Hua Hin **Job Level:** Full-time **Job:** Marketing **Req ID:** HUA000603 Hyatt is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer.
