Job Summary
Prepare valuation of complex commercial real estate assets.
Analyze rent rolls and lease terms for commercial properties.
Independently conduct financial modeling (DCF, IRR, NPV).
Perform site visits and research comparable properties.
Manage client interactions and ensure expectations are met.
Draft valuation reports and presentations with clear assumptions and methodologies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 2–4 years post-education in valuation, financial modeling, and market research.
Education: CA / CFA / MBA (Finance).
Strong financial understanding and analytical skills.
Advanced Excel knowledge and financial modeling expertise.
Excellent report writing and PowerPoint presentation skills.
Good communication, presentable personality, and team player.
Preferred
Exposure to Argus, Power BI/Tableau, and GIS tools.
Certifications like RICS or CSA/RV.
