Responsibilities
Assist Restaurant Manager to manage day-to-day restaurant operations Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve all inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner Work closely with culinary team to enhance the dining experience through effective communication of guest preferences and special requests Train and supervise team members to ensure the quality and consistency of service
Requirements
Minimum 3 years relevant F&B supervisory experience Degree or Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management is preferred Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Fluent in Cantonese, English & Mandarin Holder of Hygiene Certificate or equivalent Certificate
