Assistant Manager - Techno Commercial

 PR review, identify the requirement and action the same
 Coordinate with respective technical team for understanding and collecting details related to
requirements
 Consolidation of common requirements following to review of PR
 Preparation of inquiry / Tender Documents as per inputs from Engineering/Projects/Business department
and floating the same to the prequalified bidders.
 Coordination end user for vendor query resolution and response to vendors
 Comparative preparation rates, terms and condition
 Techno-commercial negotiations
 Preparation of NFA
 Preparation of LOA/PO after NFA approval
 Coordination with respective airport Techno Commercial Team.
 Interaction with Engineering, Estimation, Project Management, Quality, Business, Human Resources,
Finance & Accounts, MAAS, Taxation and Legal for Package Specific requirements
 MIS
Accountabilities

EDUCATIONAL
QUALIFICATIONS:     B.E. /B. Tech – Civil

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years functional role, having experience of working majorly for Civil
related estimation, procurement and contract management. Basic
understanding of contracting, taxation etc. MIS preparation and
experience of working in SAP/ERP system would be preferred
