Technical Assistant to O&M Head (T1 T2)
Operational Oversight and Compliance:
Evaluate and report on PR quantity, inventory, stock criticality, etc. to ensure operational efficiency.
Review outward gate pass requisitions for contractors, verifying inward details for compliance.
Conduct GENSUITE safety data analysis and disseminate findings to relevant departments for compliance assurance.
Track and analyse PTW standards compliance, coordinating with stakeholders to address any issues promptly.
Monitor and approve CAPEX expenditure reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
Financial Management and Reporting:
Ensure completion of Capital Expenditure Requests (CERs) including Put to Use certificates, presenting summaries for approval.
Generate Management Information System (MIS) reports and facilitate review discussions with O&M Head.
Manage ENFA Portal requisitions to approval tracking, providing clarifications to executive offices and overseeing modifications in Delegation of Authority (DoA).
Coordinate data consolidation for presentations and SRM meetings with other departments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Process Management and Communication:
Coordinate closure of compliance requirements in LEGATRIX, both statutory and internal, to maintain regulatory adherence.
Schedule departmental and monthly review meetings with Head Office and appointments as necessary.
Support in budget reviews at departmental and station levels, creating and sharing monthly reviews with relevant stakeholders.
Review monthly Environment and Safety reports at the station level, ensuring adherence to standards and regulations.
Draft and disseminate communications at Chief Business Officerand O&M levels, including important updates and directives.
Monitor and distribute communications from Head Office to all employees, ensuring compliance with Delegation of Authority (DoA).
Support in planning and execution of station-level events, including leadership visits and review meetings, and share Minutes of Meetings (MoMs) accordingly.
Leadership and Stakeholder Management:
Plan and schedule leadership visits and review meetings, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
Track, draft, and share MoMs from all review meetings and departmental meetings to relevant stakeholders.
Provide leadership and guidance to the technical team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Business Excellence:
Implement and Follow DISHA initiatives and obtain certifications such as IMS, AWMS, and Six Sigma to enhance safety and operational efficiency.
Implement and Follow to IMS and AWMS guidelines within the department.
Digitisation and Automation:
Execute comprehensive digitization strategies to optimise operational efficiency.
Innovate and implement automation solutions to support overall organisational goals / strategy.
Review and implement process and system improvements, adopting newer technologies and innovative ideas.

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
Work Experience (Range of years):
6+ years of experience in Plant.
Preferred Industry:
Experience in the power generation or energy sector.
