Role Purpose
The position will be responsible for effective execution of technical services at the shopping Centre and ensure smooth operation of the facility.
Core Responsibilities
Ensure timely completion of fit outs of proposed retails outlets and retail support in terms of utilityEnsure regular and systematic schedule of inspections for the facility, plant and Equipment’s, to minimize/ zero down the down timeTracking and ensuring AMC renewals for all the equipment’s and PPM schedule tracking and monitoringEnsure procurement & Inventory management of critical M & E spares;Vendor Performance Management - ensure the vendor performance is tracked basis the SLAs and KPIs drawn for better execution and any deviation to be reported to the management;Ensure Compliance (electrical inspectorate, lifts inspections, pollution control, water, waste management, fire inspections, property tax etc.) Liaison with civic agencies to ensure smooth operations of facilitiesEB & DG Billing with proper backup records Explore & Implementation of new power & utility saving latest methods to reduce the cost of utilityMaintains electrical systems by establishing and enforcing preventive and on-going maintenance, and testing programs; scheduling repairs; coordinating shut-downs and installations.Responsible to submit the MIS & all other reports which required by management for evaluation & review. Technical review reports for all Electrical equipment’s performance(Monthly Expenditures, Log Books, Parameters Record Break down & Incident reports check list (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly), History card technical stores audit, MEP daily reports etc.)Qualification and Experience required
Technically qualified with 6 to 7 years of relevant experience in hospitality, Retail IndustryShould have the C Certificate License (Issued by Govt of Tamilnadu )Preferred Qualities and Skills
Developing Budgets, Management Proficiency, Troubleshooting, Basic Safety, Process Improvement, LeadershipShould be technically sound to manage and fix the breakdown/ technical issues Strong work ethic, intense drive, and initiative for quality and customer service.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Should be good team player
