Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Support

\n\nEnsure seamless recruitment operations by coordinating with hiring managers, candidates, and external vendors to deliver a positive and inclusive candidate experience.\nSource diverse talent pools through recruitment portals, consultants, and social networking platforms, ensuring alignment with DEIB objectives.\n\n

DEIB

\n\nEmbed DEIB principles in recruitment strategy, ensuring job descriptions, advertisements, and outreach campaigns are inclusive and accessible.\nMonitor and report diversity metrics within the hiring pipeline to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.\nDrive Global programs that build inclusive leadership and cultural awareness.\n\n

Joining Procedures

\n\nArranging email id, ID card, system, business card, seating for the new joinee in corporate.\nInforming L&D for induction of new joinee in Corporate.\nAdministrative duties and recordkeeping.\n\n

HR Systems & Reporting

\n\nUse & drive efficiency of Talent Acquisition systems i.e. ATS, Enboarder\nAct as a SPOC for ATS & Onboarding systems\nCareer Marketplace Champion for the country\nRequirements

Experience: 5-7years into talent acquisition in logistics industry
