**Responsibilities**
Join us for an outstanding opportunity to contribute to a world-class team in supply chain management.
+ End-to-end order processing including booking, procurement, customer and factory coordination, EXIM and logistics support, and financial clearance.
+ Proficient with SAP – SD and MM Modules.
+ Coordinating month-end processes with finance for revenue, GIT, and deferred inventory.
+ Knowledgeable in EPCG and bonded transactions.
+ Collaborate with forwarders for imports and INR shipments to India.
+ Manage installation revenue by connecting with the service team and maintaining trackers.
+ Handle re-exports of defective units to the factory.
+ Maintain customer allegiance and build PPT presentations.
+ Excel proficiency for inventory management.
+ Review purchase orders and coordinate with vendors.
+ Proactively update ship dates and maintain hygiene in SAP for sales orders.
+ Implement RCCM and CAPA for material issues.
+ Expedite open orders and review stock reports.
+ Supervise price increases and communicate changes for demo requirements.
+ Manage demo procurement, handling both import and local inventory.
+ Prepare inventory decks and work on liquidation.
**Minimum Qualifications / Experience / Required Skills**
+ Any graduate
+ 3-5 years of experience in order management
+ Excel / PPT proficiency
+ Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
