Assistant Manager - Stewarding

The Assistant Manager Stewarding - Banquets/Catering assists in the oversight of the entire banquet and catering services department of the hotel's stewarding department which includes staffing, training, scheduling and ensuring high quality services.

The ideal candidate will be primarily responsiblein managing the department as an efficient, and productive cost and service centre ensuring a smooth outdoor catering operation and therefore contribute to maximizing guest satisfaction consistent with Hyatt International standards, through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the stewarding operation and administration

Hotel experience and a thorough understanding of all levels of banquetservice. Strong result oriented, people management, and leadership skill. Effective communication skills to liaise with other departments.
