Assistant Manager – Sagano

 

Responsibilities

 Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service Deliver exceptional guest service and handle enquiries professionally Coordinate with the culinary team to enhance the dining experience Supervise and train team members to maintain high service standards Support inventory control, cost monitoring, and staff scheduling

Requirements

Minimum 3–4 years of supervisory experience in Food & Beverage, preferably in Japanese or fine dining restaurants Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Proficient in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin; Japanese language ability is an advantage Good working knowledge of restaurant systems and basic computer skills (POS, reservations, scheduling, Microsoft Office, email communication) Holder of a valid Hygiene Certificate or equivalent qualification
