PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
Compensation Specialist with 5+ years of progressive experience in compensation analysis. Proficiency in leveraging compensation systems and survey data to support organizational compensation strategy while ensuring regulatory compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5+ years of previous and related compensation experience
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with HRIS and compensation management systems
Strong analytical and statistical skills with ability to interpret complex data
Knowledge of compensation best practices and regulatory requirements
Experience with compensation survey participation and interpretation

Responded to complex compensation inquiries and provided guidance to HR business partners
Assisted with the implementation of compensation policies
Monitored compliance with relevant compensation laws and regulations
