**Date Posted:** **Country:** India **Location:** No.14/1 & 15/1, Maruthi Industrial Estate, Phase 2, Hoody Village, Whitefield Road, KR Puram Hobli,Bengaluru, Karnataka, India **Position Role Type:** Unspecified **Job Title: Assistant Manager - Planning** This role is responsible for developing the Project plan, project schedule, resource plan and project Budget with the project team for the respective account **What You Will Do:** + Project Planning & Execution: + Responsible for developing the Project plan, project schedule, resource plan and project Budget with the project team for the respective account. + Achieve 100% OTIF & Zero Past Dues for respective account. • Lead Project Management Team (PMT) in coordination with internal stakeholders such as Engg, Production, Procurement, quality Etc. + Daily Customer Interaction (Single Point of Contact). + On time risk mitigation, establish and maintain Early Warning System (EWS) for current and potential future past due orders + Team Leadership & Management: + Lead Project Management Team (PMT), providing direction, coaching, and performance feedback. + Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure team accountability. • Resolve conflicts and motivate team members to meet project goals. + Stakeholder Management + Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. • Conduct regular status meetings, presentations, and reporting for leadership and Customers. + Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project. + Risk & Issue Management + Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies early. + Develop mitigation and contingency plans. + Drive issue resolution and escalate critical blockers when necessary. + Process Improvement + Analyze project outcomes for lessons learned and process improvements. + Implement project governance best practices and templates. + Mentor and coach peers & team members **What You Will Learn:** + Work on enterprise-grade aerospace applications in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. + Gain experience in leading large-scale, high-impact programs + Exposure to Strategic Project Leadership + Deepen your understanding of enterprise-level risk management, compliance, and project governance standards. + Learn to build high-performing teams and promote a collaborative, accountable culture. + Opportunities to contribute to all phases of development — from concept to deployment and support. **Qualifications You Must Have:** + Candidates must be of B.E. / M.Tech in Electronics and Electrical Engineering / Mechanical / Production Technology, with excellent academic credentials, from premier engineering institutes. + Should have at-least 9 to 11 years of experience in customer handling, operations and Demand Management. + Good understanding of Operations, Project Management and Customer Relationship Management **Qualifications We Prefer:** + Working with Multi-cultural background + Team Player + Strong in communication + Experience in Project Management tools like Microsoft Projects. + PMP Certification - will be an advantage + Manufacturing Background would be preferred. + Comprehensive knowledge on Customer Contracts / Agreements. + Ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver in high-demand environments. **Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company,** is a leader in technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry.
