We partner with our corporate, government and institutional clients to help them achieve consistent, long-term performance. Our products and services include advisory, financing, prime services, research and analysis, securities services, trading and sales and transaction banking.

Key roles and responsibilities:

· · Account set up in Back-office system: Liaising with custodians, collating SSIs from clients, custodians and setting up a/c in BOS and registering the same on exchange portal.

· Trade capture and confirmations: Ensure accurate timely capture of trade details in BOS, generation of contract notes and sending out trade confirmations in timely manner to clients and custodians.

· Trade settlements: Managing the trades settlement process of equity trades accurately and in timely manner.

· Reconciliation and investigation: Performing daily reconciliations of equity and futures trades, investigating and resolving discrepancies and issues.

· Compliance and Risk management: Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and industry standards and identify and mitigate operation risks.

· Communications: Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries from internal stakeholders, clients and external counterparties.
