Overall Role Purpose

This role is responsible for overall delivery of Customer SLA’s including delivery performance as well as Visibility, for all customers riding thru DSC network. He will ensure to achieve agreed Ops KPIs and System process compliance.

Accountabilities\nAssist Control Tower Lead to achieve customer KPIs / Transport agreed KPIs.\nFocus on tracking Delivery Performance and Visibility\nLiaise with internal stake holders e.g. Network Operation Team, CDM Team.\nCoordinate with multi locations team for smooth operations.\nProvide seamless shipment visibility to customers through My supply Chain portal\nProvide inputs for performance Dashboard on various parameters\nMonitor the Delivery KPI’s against agreed KPI’s and Service Quality\nMaintain Transport KPIs.\nTracking undelivered and ageing shipments, focus on timely closure thru coordination with Site Ops / CDM /PM Team\nException Management viz coordinate with Network Ops Team for deviation /shipment missing the EDD for priority closure\nTracking Milestone performance in TMS System and system process compliance\nFocus on usage of Tech solutions Viz DC App / RPA Boat to  provide real time /milestone based tracking \nCoordinate with XD team for bridging the gap if any.\nTracking POD Performance including timeliness and quality\nProactively tracking delivery performance against EDD thru effective coordination with Network Ops team\nTo assist others in the completion of assignments through knowledge sharing.\nTeam Management\nWorking with people based at different locations.\nCoordinating with relevant stakeholders for “Making customer Successful”.\nKey capabilities / Competencies\nMinimum 5-6 years’ experience in Transport business.\nCommunications Skill\nPresentation skills\nCommercial Acumet\nAdvance Excel\nKnowledge of transport business\nOrganization & Planning\nDecision Making & Problem Solving\nCustomer / Partner Orientation\nAble to work in Matrix Environment\nStrong Operations execution knowledge\nWell verse with working on operating system including data analytical skill\nBachelor’s degree in any field\n
