• Strong understanding of restaurant and bar operations.
• Experience in high-volume luxury dining and beverage operations preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for hospitality and exceptional guest service.
• Professional English proficiency required; Japanese language ability highly desirable but not essential.

We are looking for a hands-on leader with strong ownership, sound judgment, and a commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate builds strong relationships with guests and associates, develops their team, and is motivated to grow within a world-class hospitality environment.
