Job Title: Assistant Manager – Manufacturing Engineering

What You Will Do:

Responsible for creating Proactive safe culture by identifying Hazard identification & unsafe working conditionsLeading problem-solving and developing Mistake proofing solution.Creating & updating Process FMEA and RPN reduction recommendationConfiguration & ECN Management handling and driving team on effective implementationSupporting production team on meeting Monthly Customer demand by driving unresolved Product issues and taking up with Engineering team until getting solution for each problem.Conducting Productivity improvement projects by analyzing & improving existing production processes continuously, schedules, and workflows and coming with innovative ideas for improvement. Fixture design and development for process improvementsIdentifying and implement strategies to reduce Cost saving target (PIP savings) inorder to meet yearly cost savings target & to reduce CPH (cost per hour)Collaboration: Should work with various teams, including management, other engineers, and production staff, to implement solutions and ensure smooth operations.Should have skills Designing efficient layouts for facilities and equipment to optimize space utilization and workflow. Guiding Technician on Wire Soldering & Crimping process.Coaching and mentoring team members during difficult situationsGreen field project handlingPPAP process & NPD launch

What You Will Learn:

Qualifications You Must Have:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering – Mechanical or Electronics and communication Engineering6+ years of hands-on experience Manufacturing engineeringStrong knowledge of Time study concepts & Productivity improvements Familiarity with Auto CAD for creating and updating factory LayoutExperience in SAP, Advanced excel operating.

Qualifications We Prefer:

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.Self-motivated and positive mindset in challenging situationSig sigma Green belt certificationHandon experience in problem solving skillsAbility to work effectively under pressure and deliver in high-demand environments.
