At Collins Aerospace, we value culture, innovation, and work-life flexibility. **What You Will Do:** + Responsible for creating Proactive safe culture by identifying Hazard identification & unsafe working conditions + Leading problem-solving and developing Mistake proofing solution. + Creating & updating Process FMEA and RPN reduction recommendation + Configuration & ECN Management handling and driving team on effective implementation + Supporting production team on meeting Monthly Customer demand by driving unresolved Product issues and taking up with Engineering team until getting solution for each problem. + Conducting Productivity improvement projects by analyzing & improving existing production processes continuously, schedules, and workflows and coming with innovative ideas for improvement. + Fixture design and development for process improvements + Identifying and implement strategies to reduce Cost saving target (PIP savings) inorder to meet yearly cost savings target & to reduce CPH (cost per hour) + Collaboration: Should work with various teams, including management, other engineers, and production staff, to implement solutions and ensure smooth operations. + Should have skills Designing efficient layouts for facilities and equipment to optimize space utilization and workflow. + Guiding Technician on Wire Soldering & Crimping process. + Coaching and mentoring team members during difficult situations + Green field project handling + PPAP process & NPD launch **What You Will Learn:** + Work on enterprise-grade aerospace applications in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. + Handling Greenfield project & Problem solving skills + Gain experience with time study and Productivity improvement projects. + Opportunities to contribute to all phases of development — from concept to deployment and support. **Qualifications You Must Have:** + Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering – Mechanical or Electronics and communication Engineering + 6+ years of hands-on experience Manufacturing engineering + Strong knowledge of Time study concepts & Productivity improvements + Familiarity with Auto CAD for creating and updating factory Layout + Experience in SAP, Advanced excel operating. **Qualifications We Prefer:** + Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. + Self-motivated and positive mindset in challenging situation + Sig sigma Green belt certification + Handon experience in problem solving skills + Ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver in high-demand environments. **About Collins Aerospace** Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, is a leader in technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry.
