As an Assistant Manager for Magic Table you will play a pivotal role in bringing our new immersive dining experience to life. Magic Table is an immersive 3D dining experience where each table is transformed into a captivating storyteller, guided by the guest’s personal choices. Making its London debut at the exclusive Tamisé, this one-of-a-kind event features world-renowned magicians Thommy Ten Amélie van Tass.

Duties and responsibilities related to the ​Assistant Manager​ role 

Lead aspects of events operations department, including managing the team, delegating tasks, providing guidance and support, and ensuring all colleagues are working cohesively toward common objectives.In collaboration with the Events Operations Manager and Director of Food Beverage, assist in the implementation of strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.Ensure seamless execution of events by liaising with colleagues, vendors and suppliers to coordinate logistics, technical requirements, and special requests.

Be creative and think outside the box, regularly assessing and refining service skills of colleagues and experimenting with new ways of developing the department.

About you 

Proven experience in luxury events operations, with strong leadership and management skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. You will have excellent knowledge of food and beverage trends, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
