The Assistant Manager is responsible to assist the Outlet Manager in managing the Figs Restaurant as a successful independent profit centre, in line with the restaurant’s operating concept and brand standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet.

Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management
Minimum 2 years work experience as Supervisor or Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards
Outstanding interpersonal skill, dynamic, playful and entertaining
Good Command in English and computer skills
Strong organizational skills to ensure a smooth and consistent top-notch service
