Responsibilities

 

\n\nSupport the deployment of strategic IT products.\nConsolidate local IT applications in line with the global strategy.\nBuild strong working relationships with Country Management, Regional, and Global Product Management teams.\nManage and support local applications and solutions throughout their lifecycle.\nDeploy and implement regional TMS products and ensure their support.\nMonitor application performance and manage budget for applications and development.\nSupport business development teams for RFQ/RFPs and new business initiatives.\nDocument application implementation processes and translate business requirements into application configuration.\nConduct unit, systems, and integration testing and provide training to Super Users.\nMaintain effective communication and coaching within the application implementation team.\nRequirements

Experience:

\n\nMinimum 2-3 years’ experience within the IT domain.\nMinimum 1-2 years’ experience in product management – TMS.\nMinimum 1-2 years working experience of database querying, reporting, and BI tools usage (Jasper, PowerBI, Tableau).\n\n

Qualification:

\n\nUniversity bachelor degree in a business discipline or relevant education and work experience, preferably in the Forwarding/Logistics sector.\nFluent in English (verbal and written).\n\n

Skills and Competencies:

\n\nExcellent product management skills.\n
