Roles and Responsibilities
Contribute towards development of IT Infrastructure strategy in alignment with the overall businessDevelop, implement, and maintain processes and procedures for effective delivery ofservices and compliance with regulatory guidanceManage & coordinate installation and connectivity of end user computer systems infrastructure to ensure stable operation of organization's IT assetsManage, configure, maintain and support all new and existing hardware, software, application licenses and communication linksManage the entire operations by effectively delegating to the team, and work closely withsenior management to propose improvements to the business infrastructureReview all Service Level and Operation Metrics and KPI scorecards for service deliveryEnd to end IT Assets management and prepare reports as per the requirementUpscale and mentor IT Support team as per company’s requirementRegular connects with the internal and onshore counterparts as requiredProvide inputs for the IT Budget projection and governance on the expensesContribute to Cost optimization programsLead IT audits and coordinate with relevant stakeholders as requiredEligibility
Minimum Qualification
Computer Science/Engineering graduate or similar qualification/work experience
Industry Experience
Overall 7-12 years of experience with at-least 1 year of experience in managing the large Enterprise IT Operations environmentBehavioral skills
