We’re looking for an Assistant Manager in Training who is driven, coachable, and ready to step into leadership with intention and energy. You’ll get additional hands-on training from a current Assistant Manager who’s been a rockstar in the role, and you’ll have the full support of an invested leadership team who wants to see you thrive.
$15.50/hr base pay + commissions while in training
$16.50/hr base pay + commissions + monthly bonus opportunity once full role is assumed (estimated after 6 months)

Are adaptable, coachable, and always looking for ways to grow—both personally and as a team
Have management and/or sales experience, ideally in a service-driven setting like a spa, salon, gym, or similar (massage or skin care experience is a bonus, but not a must)
Are a natural leader who builds strong relationships while motivating, coaching, and lifting others up
Can navigate tough conversations with professionalism and clarity, always aiming for growth
Know how to foster a positive team culture where people feel seen, supported, and driven to do their best
What You’ll Do Day-to-Day:Support the manager in overseeing all clinic operations—from selling memberships and promoting retail to managing inventory and ensuring compliance
Keep the business growing by setting goals, analyzing performance, and focusing on what moves the needle
Step in with confidence to resolve client concerns and maintain a safe, welcoming, and therapeutic environment
Champion growth by training team members, setting clear expectations, and giving consistent, actionable feedback
