We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager – Human Resources to support the efficient operation of the Human Resources Division within our luxury resort environment. The successful candidate will assist in overseeing recruitment and selection, employee relations, HR administration, learning and development initiatives, and associate welfare programs, while ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.

This role works closely with department leaders to foster a positive workplace culture, maintain accurate HR records, support payroll coordination, and contribute to initiatives that enhance associate engagement, development, and overall organizational performance.
