Assistant Manager - Human Resources
**Description:** Summary WE ARE HIRING! Assistant Manager – Human Resources We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager – Human Resources to support the efficient operation of the Human Resources Division within our luxury resort environment. The successful candidate will assist in overseeing recruitment and selection, employee relations, HR administration, learning and development initiatives, and associate welfare programs, while ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations. This role works closely with department leaders to foster a positive workplace culture, maintain accurate HR records, support payroll coordination, and contribute to initiatives that enhance associate engagement, development, and overall organizational performance. **Qualifications:** + Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, preferably within hospitality. + Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification is an advantage. + Strong knowledge of Maldivian labor laws, employee relations, and HR compliance. + Experience in recruitment, performance management, and learning & development. + Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. + Highly organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities. + Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. + Strong analytical and organizational skills with experience handling HR systems (Intek Fusion), reports, and HR metrics. **Primary Location:** MV-North Huvadhoo Atoll-Hadahaa **Organization:** Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa **Job Level:** Full-time **Job:** Administrative **Req ID:** HAD000421 Hyatt is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer.
