As an Assistant Manager – Guest Experience, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of our brand promise and the highest standards of guest experience across all touchpoints in the hotel. You will support our commitment to creating exceptional, personalized, and memorable moments for every guest, while leading the team to uphold the essence of Park Hyatt’s refined and authentic hospitality.

Preferably with background in 5‑star hotels or premium service environments.

Strong understanding of guest needs, cultural nuances, and high‑end service expectations.

Excellent communication skills with great English proficiency (verbal and written).

Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to resolve guest issues with empathy and professionalism.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire teams and uphold Park Hyatt’s service standards.

Experienced and guest‑focused hospitality professional with a strong record in delivering luxury service.

Preferably with background in 5‑star hotels or premium service environments.
