Must be a Russian speaker
Minimum 2 years work experience as a Supervisor or senior Guest Service Officer in a Telephone Department.
Well developed communication, telephone and customer relations Skills.
Computer skills in the use of MS Office, email, Opera and PABX Systems will be an asset.
