Job summary:
As the Assistant Manager - Front Office, you will play a key role in leading guest-facing operations to ensure every arrival, stay, and departure is warm, seamless, and memorable. You will support the Front Office Manager in delivering exceptional service, managing the team, and optimizing the guest journey. Arabic language proficiency is preferred to enhance communication with regional guests.

Key responsibilities: Oversee daily front office operations including check-in/check-out, guest inquiries, and VIP arrivals. Supervise, coach, and motivate the front office team to deliver Hyatt's service culture. Handle escalated guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and effective problem-solving. Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience. Ensure compliance with Hyatt brand standards, policies, and health & safety procedures. Monitor room inventory, allocations, and upsell opportunities to maximize revenue. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new front office colleagues. Serve as Duty Manager when required. Maintain accurate guest history records and implement guest recognition programs. Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years of experience in front office operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant manager role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred. Knowledge of Opera PMS or similar hotel systems. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. A passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to create memorable guest experiences. About the Company
