PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION:
To deliver the adidas mission, vision & values through sales analysis, range planning, and wholesale/franchise orderbook management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Planning & merchandising:
- Partner with the product team to manage seasonal product ranges and ensure alignment with wholesale/franchise segmentation strategy.
- Develop and recommend assortment plans for wholesale/franchise partners each season to drive sell-through and business growth.
- Monitor sell-through performance and provide actionable insights to optimize product performance and meet consumer needs.
- Coordinate with product, marketing, and VM teams to ensure timely and consistent product launches at the right POS.
- Track performance of best sellers, campaign products, and evergreen items to maximize sales opportunities.
Operation and Processes:
- Generate pre-order reports by POS for monthly in store communication images
- Manage and adjust pre-orders to ensure the sell-thru of wholesale/franchise stores before product launch.
- Manage the key product allocation and the replenishment process for wholesale/franchise stores to maximize store productivity.
- Generate reports to support merchandising decision making.
- Generate monthly product removal list for franchise stores according to product lifecycle.

External: Wholesale key account merchandising team and key franchise Store Manager

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- University Degree and above
- At least 5 years store operations / merchandising experience in retail or wholesale industry
- General knowledge of consumer goods market and retail & wholesale network
- Footwear or apparel industry is a plus
