How will you make an impact in this role?
Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.
Own and drive digital customer acquisition strategy across paid, owned, and partner channels
Deliver acquisition targets with a focus on volume, quality, CAC, and LTV
Build and optimize full-funnel journeys (awareness → conversion → onboarding)
Oversee media planning, budgeting, pacing, and ROI optimization
Use data and insights to guide decisions on spend allocation, creative strategy, and targeting
Work closely with Product, Brand, Analytics, Tech, Risk, and Compliance teams
Manage external agencies, platforms, and strategic partners
Qualifications:
6–8+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital media, or digital acquisition
Proven track record of scaling digital acquisition programs in large, matrixed organizations
Strong hands-on experience with performance marketing platforms (Google, Meta, programmatic, etc.)
Deep understanding of analytics, attribution, funnels, and conversion optimization
Experience managing large media budgets and agency relationships
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in financial services, fintech, BFSI, or highly regulated industries will be a plus
