General Purpose
As an Assistant Manager Digital Experience Operations at adidas you will contribute to the execution of digital campaigns and activations, supporting the optimization of the consumer journey across our digital ecosystem. You will partake in standardization and continuous improvement of assigned processes in collaboration with markets and stakeholders. Driving best practices and contributing to a culture of operational excellence are key activities expected from this role. Additionally, you will support day-to-day issue resolution in your area of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
Scope: Contribute to specific digital operations processes affecting small to medium user groups, ensuring smooth execution across digital touchpoints.
Process Definition & Documentation
Contribute to process definition with global and local departments to enable efficient campaign execution and operational excellence.
Support stakeholders concerning market rollouts or new functionalities in your area of responsibility.
Align processes within your scope of responsibility to the adidas digital ecosystem through consistent integration with internal and external platforms.
Maintain detailed and transparent documentation to support clarity and knowledge sharing across teams.
Continuous Improvement
Regularly monitor and evaluate operational processes, identifying inefficiencies or bottlenecks and proposing data-driven solutions.
Participate in process reviews involving relevant stakeholders to collect feedback and contribute to a backlog of improvements.
Support the definition of change requests for new functionalities, ensuring sufficient detail for qualification and implementation.
Day-to-day Operations
Support markets and agile teams on day-to-day issue resolution and operations within your scope.
Contribute to smooth execution of digital marketing activations by coordinating with relevant teams.
Best Practices
Contribute to the development and adoption of operational best practices.
Support communication and training of best practices within the organization.

Requirements
Education & Experience
Degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience in a digital, operations, or eCommerce environment, preferably in a global or matrixed organization
Basic knowledge in respective domain (e.g. Payments, Consumer Engagement etc.)
Understanding of digital workflows and operational processes, with exposure to process optimization and automation tools
Experience in executing digital campaigns and activations
Soft-Skills
Ability to quickly adapt to changing business processes and business partners
Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable presenting topics at various organizational levels both in person and remotely
Hard-Skills
Comfortable working with enterprise-level platforms and technologies
Project management and project monitoring experience is a plus
Knowledge of process optimization methodologies (LEAN, 6Sigma, etc.) is a plus
Fluent English both verbally and written
