What this job involves:

As an Assistant Manager Data Analytics at JLL, you'll play a crucial role in managing and analyzing data for India's Food & Beverage program, ensuring accurate reporting and insights that drive operational excellence for our clients. This position requires you to collect, organize, and track F&B-related data from various stakeholders while creating comprehensive dashboards and presentations that meet client requirements. You'll be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators including penalties, invoicing, sales, transactions, feedback, and audit results while maintaining detailed records for all café operations across multiple sites. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on JLL's food service operations through your analytical expertise, attention to detail, and ability to transform complex data into actionable insights. What your day-to-day will look like:

Collect and track various Food & Beverage program data from stakeholders across the organization while organizing information for record retention and future analysisCreate dynamic dashboards and present data visualizations according to specific client requirements using advanced Excel functions and presentation toolsMonitor and track penalties, invoicing, sales transactions, customer feedback, and audit results from site teams, online tools, and food vendorsMaintain and refresh café operational data for all sites while ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for reporting purposesUtilize JLL and client technology platforms including shared folders and Inventory Management tools for data updating, recording, and presentationPrepare comprehensive reports including Weekly Business Reviews (WBR), Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), and executive presentationsLiaise with various internal stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify data needs, and ensure timely delivery of accurate analytical reports

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from a recognized universityAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including shortcuts, high-speed keyboard operation, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, slicers, pivot tables, and sheet linkingMinimum 2-3 years of experience in MIS roles within facilities management, administration, or service industryStrong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder interactionMeticulous attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines and under pressureSelf-motivated personality with strong confidence and go-getter attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of MACROS, MS SharePoint, Power BI, or Visual Basic programmingExperience with data visualization tools and advanced analytics platformsBackground in food service or hospitality industry data managementFamiliarity with facilities management software and inventory management systemsExperience creating executive-level presentations and business intelligence reportsKnowledge of audit processes and compliance reporting in service industriesUnderstanding of client service delivery metrics and performance tracking methodologies
