Overview:
We are seeking application for the position of “Assistant Manager Credit Control” who will be responsible to support to develop and administer Credit & Collections / Accounts Receivable (OTC) processes and activities to investigate and minimize credit risk in line with internal and external policies and standards, regulations and compliance requirements.

Role & Responsibilities:
Develop and monitor credit control system in collaboration with salesCoordination with SPO and Customers to recover outstanding amountsManage account receivable team, providing guidance and supportReconciliation of outstanding ledgers with customerMeeting with Customers for disputes resolutionSupport to head of Credit Control for weekly AR reviewMonitor and evaluate bad debts and Aging ReportsAssist in Forecasting cash flow, and collection expectationsGuiding team in maintaining record for annual financial auditsGuiding team in maintaining monthly Accruals/Advances SchedulesEnsure compliance with internal policies and external Tax system
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in related field

Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree/ACCA/MBA
