Designed as a haven of peace and rejuvenation, the resort combines THE BARAI’s iconic architectural grace with personalized sensory experiences that reflect the essence of Thai hospitality. **Description** You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Manager - Concierge is responsible to assist the Front Office Manager in managing the guest service department to ensure maximum guest satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling the Concierge operation and administration. **Qualifications:** + Thai Nationality with Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field. + Minimum 2 years of hotel front office or concierge experience, preferably in a luxury or international hotel. + Prior supervisory or leadership experience in guest services. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail + Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must. + Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy + Familiarity with hotel PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Opera Cloud, or similar) + Membership of the Clef's d'Or would be an asset. **Primary Location:** TH-77-Hua Hin **Organization:** The Barai **Job Level:** Full-time **Job:** Front Office **Req ID:** HUA000471 Hyatt is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer.
