You will be responsible forthe efficient running ofthe department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingassociate, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Manager - Concierge is responsible to assist the Front Office Manager in managing the guest service department to ensure maximum guest satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling the Concierge operation and administration.
