As the Assistant Manager of Clinical Operations, you will play a vital role in supporting our Labor and Delivery Unit and enhancing the operations of our multidisciplinary healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the unit Manager to develop and implement action plans focused on quality and safety improvements, care affordability, and enhancing patient and team member experiences.Lead the execution of these action plans and systematically evaluate their effectiveness.Contribute as a member of the interprofessional team, fostering an environment where the team is motivated to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and organizational excellence.Advocate for and promote evidence-based practices and professional nursing standards to advance nursing practice.Onboard and train new team members.Participate as a member of the leadership team for a 24/7 operational unit, which includes responsibilities on weekends and holidays.

Qualifications:

Graduate of accredited school of nursing. Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree required. Labor and Delivery experience is strongly preferred.Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.   Required Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.   Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
