Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage civil projects from inception to completion within the Power/Energy sector Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and construction to ensure project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget Prepare project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these parameters Supervise and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support as needed Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safety guidelines, and quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle Manage vendor relationships and procurement activities related to civil project requirements Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess work progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions Prepare regular project status reports and communicate updates to senior management and stakeholders Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and emerging practices in civil project management

Education Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field Master's degree in project management or related discipline (preferred)

Experience:

8-10 years of experience in the Power/Energy industry Prior experience in managing civil projects is required Demonstrated track record of successful project execution and team management
