Based in Mumbai, India and reporting to the Manager, Accounts Payable
Role
Accounts Payable Operations - Oversee end to end AP processes for India entity including invoice processing, payment runs, vendor reconciliationsTeam Leadership & People Management-Lead and monitor a team of 8-10 membersProcess Improvement & Control- Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.Reporting & Stakeholder Management -Prepare AP MIS reports including aging analysis, payment forecasts, and operational metrics.Vendor Management -Ensure timely vendor reconciliations and act as the primary escalation point for vendor queries and payment issuesShift Timings 
9.00 am to 6.00 pm (Monday to Friday) with overtime requirements.
Candidate must be flexible to work rotational shift as well.What You Need to SucceedQualification: MBA in Finance
Technical Skills
Indian Accounts Payable experience and strong knowledge of procure-to-pay
Skills 
Good understanding of Indian accounting standards, GST, and TDS complianceExperience in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle)
Soft Skills
