Job SummaryAs an Assistant Manager - Guest Relations Villas at Dubai Creek Resort, you will assist the Rooms Manager - Villas. This role is essential in ensuring an outstanding guest experience, from arrival to departure. You will oversee daily villa operations, manage staff, and uphold Hyatt's high service standards.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead host/hostess, concierge, and bell services Ensure seamless check-in/check-out processes and handle guest requests efficiently Train and mentor your team to provide exceptional customer service Coordinate with housekeeping, reservations, front office, and other hotel and club departments to optimize guest experience Monitor villa inventory, occupancy levels, and revenue management strategies Handle billing, payments, and financial transactions accurately Maintain compliance with Hyatt policies, brand standards, and safety procedures Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally QualificationsRequirements:
Previous experience as a team leader, supervisor, assistant manager front office, or similar roles in the hospitality industry Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS, or similar systems) Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays A degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred About the CompanyHyatt was founded by Jay Pritzker in 1957 when he purchased the Hyatt House motel adjacent to the Los Angeles International Airport.
