Assistant Manager
Job Title: Assistant Manager / Lead

Job Description

Oversee a team of 10-15 individuals daily to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and with attention to detail. The role involves managing team members to ensure they are working effectively and completing tasks such as cleaning surfaces, emptying trash, and maintaining cleanliness in bathrooms.

Responsibilities

Supervise a team of 10-15 individuals.Ensure all surfaces are cleaned thoroughly.Oversee trash disposal and bathroom cleanliness.Ensure vacuuming and mopping are performed efficiently.Maintain quality and detail in all cleaning tasks.Manage team members to ensure job completion.

Essential Skills

Experience in cleaning and janitorial tasks.Strong management and leadership skills.Ability to lead and develop others.Experience in supervision and production.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ability to work independently.Experience as a supervisor or manager.Attention to detail.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
