General Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager with the efficient and effective management of the facility and managing the location in the absence of the General Manager Provide excellent customer service and effectively manage employees during absence of manager, including addressing employee relations issues Manage expenses, merchandizing, profits and losses to ensure the financial stability of the operation; banking and completing DSR and shift analysis reports Conduct competitor surveys at the direction of management using personal vehicle Available to work any day and any shift as required.Qualifications/Experience/Education:
Customer service, leadership, & basic computer skills
Retail experience is a plus but not required (we will train you!)
Valid driver’s license is required to perform banking responsibilities and to conduct competitor surveys. Reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance is required
Ability to lift/carry up to 25 pounds and operate a dolly/handcart for heavier items
Previous customer service experience is a plus
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred, or equivalent experience.
