Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and maintaining a positive shopping environmentLead and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and provide outstanding customer serviceEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standardsManage inventory, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandiseHandle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely mannerAssist in training and developing new team membersParticipate in creating and implementing strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfactionPerform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security protocolsMaintain a clean and organized store appearanceCollaborate with the management team to achieve store targets and objectives
