As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving team performance.
Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the establishmentLead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high standards of customer service and productivityManage staff schedules, assignments, and performance evaluationsEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulationsHandle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficientlyAssist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and conducting regular stock checksParticipate in sales initiatives and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targetsMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for customers and staffAssist in financial tasks such as cash handling, deposits, and basic bookkeepingCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve company goalsStep in for the General Manager when necessary, demonstrating strong leadership and decision-making skillsQualificationsProven leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a teamExcellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiencesStrong communication abilities, both verbal and writtenDemonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisionsExceptional time management and multitasking capabilitiesAdaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environmentPrevious retail or restaurant management experience preferred (But not a must)Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skillsKnowledge of inventory management and sales strategiesAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and HolidaysStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsFamiliarity with retail or restaurant operations and industry best practicesAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
