QualificationsProven experience in fast-food or restaurant management, preferably in a pizza delivery settingStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectivelyExcellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanorProficiency in cash handling and basic math skillsAbility to multitask and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailEffective communication skills, both verbal and writtenBasic computer skills for order processing and inventory managementPhysical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periodsFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysFood service industry knowledge and familiarity with health and safety regulationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
